"Workshop" is one of a small number of default static pages built into the system. "Static" pages are those where the content changes only infrequently. Each has a fixed real URL accessible to search engines without use of dynamic URL's.

In addition to the preset fixed pages, you are free to add as many additional pages for whatever purposes you might see fit, whether that be for information regarding Cycle to Work schemes, finance offerings, local club affiliations etc.
